Our Postage Kit includes:
- Flat-packed heavy-duty box
- Waterproof liner
- Parcel tape
- Mascot ID tag
- Full packing instructions.
When you're ready to send, we'll email your pre-paid, tracked & insured return shipping label (included in the price), so you can simply drop off or book a courier collection.
No printer? Let us know — we can post your label for a small fee.
PRODUCT INFO
Everything you need to safely send your mascot costume, including a shipping box (762 × 508 × 508 mm), waterproof liner, tape, ID tag, and return courier label with insurance.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note: Courier Postage Kits are non-refundable.
Each kit is prepared to order with a prepaid label and customised packing materials. If your mascot repair booking is cancelled, the cost of the postage kit cannot be refunded once shipped.
If your kit arrives damaged or you don’t receive it within 5 working days, please email us at hello@themascotlab.com and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Please note: If your mascot exceeds standard courier dimensions or weight, we’ll contact you before dispatching a return label.
