OVERVIEW Our signature deep clean for mascots that need a professional refresh. Your character returns fresh, sanitised and event-ready within 3–5 working days. We use fabric-safe, eco-conscious cleaning products wherever possible, helping to protect both performers and the planet - without compromising on results. WHAT YOU GET - Deep clean and fabric-safe sanitisation for the full costume, head and accessories - Odour removal using specialist, non-perfumed methods - Hygiene refresh, including replacement of hygiene pads, shoe insoles and outer soles - Protective fabric treatment to help extend costume life - Final quality check so your mascot returns clean, safe and ready for events WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU Lab Refresh is ideal if your mascot needs to look and smell better, but is otherwise in good working condition. Typical reasons include: - Mascot shoes with worn tread or tired insoles - Costume smelling of sweat, storage, or “anything but fresh” - Matted fur or flattening from repeated wear - Surface-level stains - Hygiene pads needing replacement - Internal harness that works well but needs a hygienic freshen IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ) Lab Refresh does not include repairs or structural fixes. If we spot anything that needs attention, we’ll let you know and advise whether Lab Refresh+ would be more suitable. We only proceed with additional work with your approval. We confirm availability and send packing guidance. 3. Pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking 4. We complete the Refresh 5. Final balance is due before return shipping COURIER + POSTAGE INFORMATION Outbound courier is arranged by the client, unless a postage kit is selected. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client. Our postage kit includes all packing materials, a suitable box, and fully arranged outbound and return courier collection, so we take care of everything from start to finish.
