OVERVIEW Our signature deep clean for mascots that need a professional refresh. Your character returns fresh, sanitised and event-ready within 3–5 working days. We use fabric-safe, eco-conscious cleaning products wherever possible to protect both performers and the planet. ••• WHAT YOU GET • Deep clean and fabric-safe sanitisation for the full costume, head and accessories • Odour removal using specialist, non-perfumed methods • Hygiene refresh: replacement of hygiene pads, shoe insoles and outer soles • Protective fabric treatment to help extend costume life • Final quality check so your mascot returns clean, safe and ready for events ••• EXAMPLES OF WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU • Mascot shoes with worn tread or tired insoles • Costume smelling of sweat, storage or “anything but fresh” • Matted fur or flattening from repeated wear • Surface stains • Hygiene pads needing replacement • Internal harness that needs a freshen but works fine mechanically ••• IMPORTANT Repairs and structural fixes are not included. If we spot anything that needs attention, we’ll let you know and advise whether Lab Refresh+ would be more suitable.
