OVERVIEW For mascots that need more than a clean but don’t require a full restoration. Lab Refresh+ combines our deep clean with light repair work to keep your costume looking sharp, tidy and event-ready. WHAT YOU GET - Everything included in Lab Refresh, including deep cleaning, sanitisation and protective fabric treatment. - Light fabric repairs such as small stitching fixes, patch repairs, loose seams and general costume touch-ups. - Surface improvements including feature definition, eyelash repairs, scuff and stain reduction and hem tidying. - Protective finishing to help extend the life of the costume. - A final quality check before return. WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU Lab Refresh+ is ideal when your mascot needs cleaning as well as minor repair work. Typical examples include missing or softened mouth definition, misshapen or detached eyelashes, torn seams, holes in knees or light fabric wear, a broken chin strap, an internal harness needing minor attention, or a head or body that needs sanitising alongside tidy-up work. IMPORTANT Lab Refresh+ covers light repairs only. Serious structural repairs, major foam work or extensive rebuilds are not included. If we find damage that requires more than minor fixes, we’ll let you know and advise whether Lab Full Restoration would be more suitable. We only proceed with additional work once you’ve approved it. SERVICE INFO - Turnaround: 5–7 working days - Price: £995 - Studio location: East Sussex - Nationwide courier available HOW IT WORKS 1. First, book online to request a service slot. 2. We confirm availability and send packing guidance. 3. A 50% deposit secures your booking. 4. Your mascot is cleaned, repaired and finished. 5. The final balance is due before return shipping. COURIER + POSTAGE INFORMATION Outbound courier is arranged by the client, unless a postage kit is selected. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client.
