OVERVIEW Our signature deep clean for mascots that need a professional refresh. Your character returns clean, fresh, sanitised and event-ready within 3–5 working days. We use fabric-safe, eco-conscious cleaning products wherever possible, without compromising on results. WHAT YOU GET • Deep clean and fabric-safe sanitisation of the full costume, head and accessories • Specialist non-perfumed odour treatment • Stain treatment and improvement where possible • Fur grooming and de-matting where appropriate • Replacement of hygiene pads, or fitting new pads where none are currently installed • Replacement of worn shoe insoles and outer soles • Hygiene refresh of internal contact areas and harnesses • Protective fabric treatment where suitable • Final quality check before return WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU Lab Refresh is ideal if your mascot needs a professional clean and hygiene refresh but is otherwise structurally sound. Typical reasons include worn soles or insoles, sweat or storage odours, surface staining, flattened or matted fur, worn or missing hygiene pads, and internal harnesses that need a hygienic freshen. IMPORTANT Lab Refresh does not include repairs, structural fixes or reconstruction. If we identify anything outside the Refresh service, we’ll let you know and advise whether Lab Refresh+ would be more suitable. Additional work is only carried out with your approval. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client. Our Postage Kit includes packing materials, a suitable box, and arranged outbound and return courier collection.
