OVERVIEW For mascots that need rebuilding, not just cleaning. Lab Restoration is our couture-level service for characters with major wear, broken internal structures or designs that need upgrading. It’s ideal for heavily used mascots, ageing suits or characters that require a full transformation to return to safe, professional use. WHAT YOU GET - Everything included in Lab Refresh+, including deep cleaning, sanitisation, light fixes and protective fabric treatment - Major structural repairs and re-panelling - Full re-padding or complete interior rebuild - Shoe rebuilds or like-for-like replacements - Outer fabric replacement or colour changes where required - Logo upgrades, feature enhancements and couture-level finishing - A complete safety check and fit assessment before return WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU Lab Restoration is designed for mascots with significant wear, failure or design changes that go beyond surface repairs. Common examples include a head that will not stay upright or has lost internal support, shoes that will not stay on or are beyond repair, a costume that collapses, slips or has failed structure, broken internal frameworks needing rebuilding, updated logos or refreshed colours, full outer fabric replacement due to age or damage, or a suit that needs sanitising alongside extensive structural work. IMPORTANT Lab Restoration projects are bespoke. Every mascot is assessed individually. We confirm the scope of work, timeline and final cost before restoration begins, and only proceed once you’ve approved everything. SERVICE INFO - Turnaround: typically 10–14 working days, depending on scope of work - Price: from £2,100 - Studio location: East Sussex - Nationwide courier available HOW IT WORKS 1. Submit a booking request and upload photos of your mascot 2. We assess the condition and confirm the recommended scope of work 3. We confirm availability and send packing guidance. 4. A 50% deposit secures your restoration slot 5. We complete the restoration work 6. The final balance is due before return shipping COURIER + POSTAGE INFORMATION Outbound courier is arranged by the client, unless a postage kit is selected. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client. Our postage kit includes all packing materials, a suitable box, and fully arranged outbound and return courier collection, so we take care of everything from start to finish.
