Three ways to send your mascot. Choose what suits you.

If you’d like us to handle the box, packaging and courier, you can add a Postage Kit to your booking.

Mascot shipping option using a boxed standard courier

Option 1 - Boxed
(Most Mascots) 

Your mascot is sent to us inside a box using a standard courier.

This is the most common route and suits most soft or flexible mascots.

You can:

  • Use your own box and arrange your own courier, or

  • Add a Postage Kit if you’d like us to supply the box, packing materials and courier booking

Unboxed mascot transport using a dedicated courier van

Option 2 - Unboxed
(Dedicated Van)

Your mascot is transported without a box.

 

This route is best for mascots that are:

  • Rigid, fragile or unusually shaped

  • Very large or awkward to box

  • Better handled upright and unstacked

 

Transport is arranged via a dedicated van and quoted separately.

Personal collection and return of mascot costume for local clients

Option 3 - Personal collection + return

Sussex & Surrey only

For local clients, we can personally collect and return your mascot.

  • No couriers

  • No boxes

  • Point-to-point handling

Pricing is distance-based and quoted individually.

Booking the Box & Courier

You can send your mascot boxed or unboxed — and in both cases, you have two options.

  • Arrange it yourself: use your own box and courier, or organise transport directly

  • Have us handle it: add a Postage Kit and we’ll arrange the box (if needed), packing materials, courier collection and return delivery

 

After booking, we’ll email you with clear next steps and packing guidance.

 

How to pack your mascot safely

Not sure which one you need?

You don’t need measurements.


A photo, a rough description, or a quick note on whether the head fits on a dining chair is more than enough.

We’ll recommend the safest and most cost-effective option before anything is booked.

If anything needs to change, we’ll always confirm with you first.

Courier pricing includes packaging, collection, return delivery and full handling.

If a mascot is larger than expected, we’ll always confirm any change before proceeding.

 

Courier handling is priced at cost-plus and is not a profit centre.
