Lab Restoration is our most comprehensive service for characters with major wear, failed internal structures or designs that need upgrading. It’s ideal for heavily used mascots, ageing suits or characters that need significant work to return to safe, professional use. Typical examples include heads that have lost support, shoes that are beyond repair, costumes that collapse or slip, failed internal frameworks, major foam deterioration, outer fabric replacement, updated logos or colours, or extensive repair work alongside deep cleaning and sanitisation. IMPORTANT Lab Restoration projects are bespoke and every mascot is assessed individually. We confirm the scope of work, timeline and final cost before restoration begins. Additional work is only carried out with your approval. SERVICE INFO • Turnaround: typically 10–14 working days, depending on scope • Price: from £2,100 • Studio: East Sussex • Nationwide courier: Available HOW IT WORKS 1. Submit a booking request and upload photos of your mascot 2. We assess the condition and recommended scope of work 3. We confirm availability and send packing guidance 4. Pay a 50% deposit to secure your restoration slot 5. We complete the restoration 6. Final balance is due before return shipping COURIER + POSTAGE Outbound courier is arranged by the client unless a Postage Kit is selected. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client. Our Postage Kit includes packing materials, a suitable box, and arranged outbound and return courier collection. Urgent deadline?
