OVERVIEW For mascots that need more than a clean but don’t require a full restoration. Lab Refresh+ combines our deep clean with light repair work to keep your costume tidy, refreshed and event-ready. WHAT YOU GET • Everything included in Lab Refresh • Light fabric repairs, including small stitching fixes, patch repairs and loose seams • Minor feature repairs such as mouth definition, eyelash repairs and small costume touch-ups • Scuff and stain improvement where possible • Hem tidying and light wear repairs • Minor chin strap or internal harness repairs • Protective finishing where suitable • Final quality check before return WHEN THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU Lab Refresh+ is ideal when your mascot needs professional cleaning alongside minor repair work. Typical examples include softened mouth definition, damaged eyelashes, torn seams, small holes, light fabric wear, a broken chin strap, minor harness issues, or a costume that needs sanitising and tidying at the same time. IMPORTANT Lab Refresh+ covers light repairs only. Major structural repairs, extensive foam replacement or rebuild work are not included. If we find damage that needs more extensive work, we’ll let you know and advise whether Lab Restoration would be more suitable. Additional work is only carried out with your approval. SERVICE INFO • Turnaround: 5–7 working days • Price: £995 • Studio: East Sussex • Nationwide courier: Available HOW IT WORKS 1. Book online to request a slot 2. We confirm availability and send packing guidance 3. Pay a 50% deposit 4. We clean, repair and finish your mascot 5. Final balance is due before return shipping COURIER + POSTAGE Outbound courier is arranged by the client unless a Postage Kit is selected. Return courier is arranged by us and charged to the client. Our Postage Kit includes packing materials, a suitable box, and arranged outbound and return courier collection. SCHEDULING • Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days Urgent deadline? If you have a time-sensitive repair, please contact us before booking. Expedited work may occasionally be available depending on studio capacity.
Cancellation Policy
The selected date is the intended arrival date for your mascot, not a collection appointment. Any transport dates will be arranged separately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Work, postage kits and collection arrangements may be prepared in advance, so any refund will be subject to costs already incurred and The Mascot Lab’s Terms & Conditions. Required return dates are subject to confirmation. We’ll contact you promptly if the selected service, transport option or deadline needs to be adjusted.
